4 Get It (Recreated)

4-get-it

4-get-it was a fun puzzle game released in 1991 for Amiga and MS-DOS. It was one of the games from my childhood so I recreated the first 21 levels for the Beginners' Jam Aut2025. The theme of the jam was "Recreate a game, no matter the quality.".

It was hard to find information about the game since it has mostly been forgotten, but I still managed to find screenshots and videos that helped me recreate it with most tiles edited by hand. Fortunately I later managed to find a DosBox ROM on an abandonware site that helped me polish the images.

-ESC to open the help screen.

Recreating the game was a fun experience, a good throwback to the good old days.
